We build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence.

Division Mission
To provide the necessary aid, support and training to ensure all the clubs in the Division are able to provide the environment needed for members to grow and develop their leadership and communication capabilities.

Club Mission
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

- Cheng San Toastmasters Club (Meets on 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month, 7.30 p.m.)
- Entrepreneurs Toastmasters Club (Meets on 2nd Wednesday of the Month, 7.30 p.m.)
- Manulife Singapore Toastmasters Club* (Meets on 2nd Thursday of the Month, 7.00 p.m.)
- PL Link Toastmasters Club (Meets on 4th Saturday of the Month, 9.45 a.m.)
- Thomson Toastmasters Club (Meets on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the Month, 7.30 p.m.)

Area S2
- Braddell Heights Advanced Club (Meets on 1st Wednesday of the Month at 7.00 p.m. and 3rd Saturday of the Month at 2.00 p.m.)
- GELPA Toastmasters Club* (Meets on 1st Monday of the Month, 7.15 p.m.)
- Pasir Ris Elias Toastmaster Club (Meets on last Friday of the Month, 7.30 p.m.)
- Tampines West Toastmasters Club (Meets on 2nd Monday of the Month, 7.30 p.m.)

- Temasek Polytechnic Toastmasters Club (Meets on every Friday,  6.30 p.m.)

- Tampines Changkat Advanced Toastmasters Club (Meets on 4th Tuesday of the Month, 7.30 p.m.)
- Visa Singapore Toastmasters Club* (Meets on 1st Wednesday of the Month at 10.30 a.m.)
